Dr. Sarah Robinson-Hudson
Sarah believes in therapy and the power of a good therapeutic relationship.
Not every therapist is right for every client, and not every client is right for every therapist. BUT when you find the right match, it’s like “WOW, this therapist gets ME!” You finally feel seen, heard and understood.
Sarah opens every session by asking you where you would like to begin- because you are the expert on you!
She work collaboratively and in the respect of that collaboration, she may challenge you to consider new and different ways to approach the problem to help you find a solution.
She uses Adlerian theory to understand what brought you to this place in life and to help guide your growth forward.
